Society for Technology Management (STEM) Summit 2022 event themed ‘Mission 5 Trillion – Innovating for resilient growth’ gave me an immense opportunity to experience the technologyinnovation, intellectualproperty & technologytransfer world.
It brought in global technology transfer experts, industry experts, public and private academic institutions, incubators, startups in life sciences, material sciences, law and advocacy professionals on one platform, sharing their perspectives on enhancing translational research ecosystem and technology transfer.
Panel discussions on commercializing translationalresearch from academic/research and business point of view, growth and opportunities for early stage enterprise innovations from funders and start-ups perspective, different IP valuation modes and validations, policy and advocacies helped in gaining an in-depth understanding on macro & micro intricacies and evolving opportunities for defining and benchmarking innovations globally and best practices in advancingscience to markets.
Overall, STEM summit 2022 offered a wonderful platform for networking with experts and enabled the convergence of perspectives on technologymanagement across different industries involved in technology innovations & commercialization .
